The standard Evah Pirazzi is brighter and more cutting, designed for soloists who need maximum projection. Evah Pirazzi Gold shifts the balance toward warmth and tonal complexity while keeping the projection and dynamic range, making it better suited to instruments that are already bright or players who prefer a warmer palette.
How long do Evah Pirazzi strings last?
Under regular playing the tone stays consistent for several months. Replace when the sound becomes dull or intonation in the upper positions starts to go false. Wipe rosin off after each session to extend lifespan.
How long do new strings take to settle?
Allow 24 to 48 hours of normal playing for pitch to stabilise. Retune gently in small increments during the settling period.
