Recording

The Hall is suitable for recording concerts, recitals, auditions, events, and ABRSM, Trinity and equivalent grade examinations.

Professional audio and video recording can be arranged through our collaborating studio partner, Apexphere Luminate Studio.

Catering

Barista coffee and tea may be available on request.

Event catering can be arranged through Symphonia Cafe with Rollin Catering. Outside catering may also be possible with prior approval.

Please discuss catering, refreshments or alcohol with Michael before confirming your event. Alcohol service must meet the appropriate licensing requirements.

Parking

  • Weekdays, 9:00am–5:00pm: up to 7 on-site spaces, with street parking nearby.
  • Weekdays after 5:00pm: up to 40 on-site spaces.
  • Weekends: up to 40 on-site spaces.

Please discuss parking arrangements in advance for larger events.

Availability and booking

The Skedda calendar shows general Hall availability, but the Hall cannot be booked directly through Skedda.

Your requested time must include:

  • Access and setup
  • Rehearsal or sound check
  • The event itself
  • Pack-down and departure

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve the date. Symphonia staff will review the event requirements, confirm availability and provide a personalised quote and booking instructions.

Hall hire is quoted individually according to the event type, duration, setup, equipment and service requirements.

How many people can the Hall hold?
Up to 90 guests in concert-style seating.
Is there parking?
Weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, up to 7 on-site spaces are available, with street parking nearby. After 5:00pm on weekdays and on weekends, up to 40 on-site spaces may be available.
Is there a piano?
Yes. The Hall has a Steinway & Sons Spirio O-180 grand piano. Please discuss any special tuning requirements with our staff in advance.
Can we add catering?
