Payment Terms
- Full payment for the rental period is required upon collection.

1-Month Rentals: A $500 deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the instrument is returned in good condition.
Care & Maintenance
- Symphonia Strings will cover maintenance related to regular wear and tear free of charge.
- Renters are responsible for replacing strings and bow rehairs if required.
- Repairs due to misuse or accidents must be approved by Symphonia Strings. Any resulting repair costs will be charged to the renter.

The renter is responsible for any damage more than normal wear and tear, loss, or theft unless covered by insurance. We recommend obtaining insurance (e.g., house contents insurance) or purchasing our optional coverage ($100/year).
Defining Damage
- Cracks in the instrument body or scroll
- Chipped wood on the edges or corners
- Any water damage or heat warping from improper storage
Return, Renewal & Ownership

Return: Instruments must be returned by the due date. Late fees of $20/day apply for overdue returns.

Ownership: The instrument remains the property of Symphonia Strings at all times. Renting does not confer ownership rights.
