When you're ready to move up — to a bigger size or a higher-quality instrument — we'll take your original Symphonia Strings purchase back in trade toward the new one.
How it works
Eligibility
Available on instruments originally purchased from Symphonia Strings, at our discretion.
Trade-in value
Calculated from the instrument's original price, current condition, and market value at the time of trade-in (maximum up to 80% of the purchase price).
Direction
Trade-ins apply only to upgrades — exchanges for an instrument of equal or greater value.
Time window
Valid for up to 3 years from your original purchase date.
Why a trade-in? Most string players outgrow their instrument as they advance — either physically (sizing up) or musically (better tone, more projection). Our trade-in policy means upgrading isn't a sunk-cost decision.
