Symphonia Strings Trade-In Service

We offer a trade-in service for instruments originally purchased from Symphonia Strings when upgrading to a larger or higher-quality instrument, subject to our discretion. The trade-in value is based on the instrument’s original price, condition, and market value at the time of trade-in.

Customers will receive up to 60% of the original purchase price as store credit towards a new instrument. This allows Symphonia to cover any necessary repairs, maintenance, and string replacements required to prepare the instrument for resale.

This policy applies only to exchanges for instruments of equal or greater value and is valid for up to 5 years from the original purchase date.
