Pre-order enquiry
Need an item, size or option that is currently unavailable? Tell us what you need. We’ll confirm availability, estimated arrival and final price before you pay.
Medium-tension 4/4 violin strings: tin-plated carbon-steel E, aluminium-wound synthetic A, your choice of aluminium- or silver-wound synthetic D, and silver-wound synthetic G. E has a removable ball end; the others have ball ends.
Choosing your strings
How do I choose a set or individual strings?
Use the options above to match your instrument, size and string specification. Choose the quantity for each item you need before adding it to your cart.
Do I need to add individual strings as well as a set?
A set already includes its listed strings. Add an individual string only if you want an extra or a different string. Check the selected set’s contents before ordering.
What does “In stock at warehouse” mean?
That option is held at our warehouse and is available for delivery, not immediate collection at Symphonia. Availability can differ between options, so check the label beside each item.
