Passione: materials and options

Passione combines gut-core A, D and G strings with a steel E. Pirastro developed the range to reduce playing-in time and improve tuning stability compared with traditional gut strings.

  • A: aluminium winding over gut.
  • D and G: silver winding over gut.
  • A, D and G have ball ends; E options include ball and loop ends.

Select the required string, gauge and end type in the purchase options above. Manufacturer range information does not imply that every option is stocked.
