Original Medium

The complete four-string family

Original Medium offers A, D, G and C as individual 4/4 cello strings, plus a complete Set. The A and D combine solid steel cores with stainless-steel winding for a smooth, resonant upper register. The tungsten-wound G and C add depth, power and focus below, creating an even and dependable four-string balance.

Other voicings

Strong and Soloist A and D remain available

The existing Original Strong A and D remain available for players wanting greater resistance and power. The existing Soloist Medium A and D also remain available for a firmer, more focused upper register. G, C and the complete Set apply only to the Original Medium voicing in this expansion.
