Loop end fits most fine tuners and adjusters. Ball end is required for tailpieces without a fine tuner loop attachment. Check your tailpiece fitting before ordering.
How long do gut strings last?
Gut strings generally have a shorter lifespan than synthetic strings. Replace when tone becomes unreliable or the string surface shows wear. Keep the instrument in a stable environment and wipe rosin off after each session.
