Course fee & registration

NZ$2,880 per student, excluding flights.

A NZ$1,000 deposit secures your place once Symphonia confirms availability and receives your deposit. The remaining NZ$1,880 is due by 31 October 2026 to retain your place.

After you submit the form, we’ll be in touch shortly with payment details. The form does not collect payment.

Flight fees will be announced separately and must be paid within 7 calendar days of the announcement.

Late enrolment is subject to availability and Symphonia’s confirmation. Please see the form for full registration terms.

Secure your place early

Register and pay your deposit early to secure your place on the China trip. We will organise and book the group flights on your behalf. Early confirmation helps us finalise participant numbers and gives us a better opportunity to secure favourable group airfares.

Flight prices are subject to availability and may increase closer to departure. Confirming early helps us keep costs down, although a particular airfare cannot be guaranteed until the group booking is confirmed.

Joining the Shanghai Music Programme with a friend? Ask them to enter your name when they register, and you’ll each receive NZ$100 back.

You’ll receive NZ$100 for every friend you refer. Each new participant receives their NZ$100 referral benefit once.

Choose to receive it as pocket money during the programme in China or as a payment to your nominated bank account.
