Each 1.5-hour session focuses on one theme — Latte art, pour-over, or tasting — combining simple explanations, hands-on practice, and guided tasting.

Our instructor specializes in bringing the technical rigor of SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) principles into a relaxed, accessible format. With a background in both technical brewing and hospitality, they focus on helping participants find the joy in the craft of coffee—whether that's pouring the perfect heart in milk or identifying the subtle notes of a single-origin bean.
