A complete four-string set.
One full set sized for 1/2 – 3/4 violin: a regular steel E, plus aluminium-, silver-, and silver-wound synthetic A, D, and G strings.
Tonal character
Warm, focused, and stable.
Obligato strings are warm and full, with a brilliant, rich overtone spectrum and a focused tone. Chamber and orchestral musicians value them for tone volume and exceptional blend across the dynamic range.
Obligato strings are absolutely insensitive to variations in temperature and humidity.

This configuration replaces the standard goldsteel E with a regular steel E-string to offer a slightly different tonal balance.
