About Vision Solo
Enhanced power and projection for soloists.
Thomastik-Infeld Vision Solo strings provide enhanced power and projection compared to the standard Vision set. The Strong (Solo) voicing is designed for soloists who need maximum projection and brilliance, making them well suited to large performance settings where the viola needs to carry over a full orchestra.
The D string uses a Chrome winding, which contributes to the focused, bright character of the Solo voicing. The tone is clear and precise, with fast bow response that supports both lyrical playing and demanding technical passages.

How long do new Vision Solo strings take to settle?
Allow 24 to 48 hours of normal playing for pitch to stabilise. Retune gently in small increments during the settling period.
Are these strings authentic Thomastik-Infeld?
