This violin bow is stamped Müsing - L4 and weighs 52.02 grams. The stick is made from carbon fibre, with stainless steel lapping and a leather grip, and measures 74.5mm in length. The frog is made from ebony and is stainless steel mounted with a mother of pearl eye and aluminium button.

This violin bow has a relatively flexible stick and produces a very smooth and round sound. Bow strokes such as spiccato and ricochet are easily controllable, and the bow responds well to changes in dynamic and speed.
